1. Personal data we collect
None.
We do not collect, receive, store or transmit any personal data through the Apps. In particular, the Apps do not collect:
- Account information — the Apps have no accounts, no registration and no sign-in.
- Contact information — the Apps never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- Identifiers — the Apps do not read IDFA, IDFV, GAID, device IDs, MAC addresses or your IP address.
- Device information — the Apps do not report your device model, operating system version, network type, language or region to us.
- Usage or behavioural data — the Apps contain no analytics and write no logs. How far you get, how you are graded and how long you play are known only to your own device, and only while the App is running.
- Location data.
- Contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
The Apps also save nothing between launches, on your device or anywhere else. Closing an App discards everything, including your progress.
2. Motion data
The Apps are controlled entirely by tilting the device, so they read the device's orientation through Apple's Core Motion framework. iOS and watchOS ask for your permission before this begins.
Motion readings are used in the instant they arrive — to work out which way the egg should slide — and are then discarded. They are not recorded, not written to storage and never leave the device. We never receive them.
If you decline the motion permission, the Apps cannot be played, because there is no other control input.
3. How we use personal data
We do not use your personal data, because we do not have any.
We do not build profiles, do not target advertising, do not sell or share data with anyone, and do not use data from the Apps for any other purpose.
4. Third parties
The Apps contain no third-party software. There are no advertising networks, no analytics providers, no crash reporting services, no social components and no external links.
No service providers process personal data on our behalf in connection with the Apps, because there is no such data to process.
5. Information Apple handles as the seller
The Apps themselves collect nothing, but they are distributed through the App Store, and Apple handles the purchase and download as the seller of record. Apple's own collection and use of data is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not by this one.
If you have chosen in your device settings to share app analytics or crash diagnostics with developers, Apple may make aggregated, non-identifying reports about the Apps available to us. Those reports do not tell us who you are, and we do not combine them with anything else.
6. International data transfer
The Apps transmit nothing, so no personal data is transferred out of your jurisdiction by the Apps.
7. Data security and retention
The strongest protection available for personal data is not to hold it, and that is the approach the Apps take. We hold no personal data about users of the Apps, so there is nothing to secure, nothing that can be breached and no retention period to apply.
8. Your rights
Data protection laws, including the EU and UK GDPR, give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict the processing of and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
We cannot act on those rights in relation to the Apps, for a simple reason: we hold no personal data about you and have no means of identifying you. There is nothing for us to retrieve, correct or delete. If you want to remove everything connected with an App from your device, deleting the App is enough.
You are still welcome to contact us with any question or complaint, using the details in section 10.
9. Children
The Apps are suitable for all ages and collect no personal data from anyone, children included. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under any other age of consent that applies where you live, because we do not collect personal data at all.
10. Contact us
If you have a question or a concern about privacy and the Apps, please contact us at pjsdev@icloud.com. We will respond as soon as we can, and within the time limits allowed by law.
We are committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution of any privacy complaint or concern.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy — for example if a future version of an App gains a feature that changes what it does with data. If that happens we will publish the updated Policy here and change the effective date at the top. Where a change would materially affect you, we will give notice in advance, so that you can decide whether to keep using the Apps.
